The Gables, an independent living facility affiliated with Rutland Regional Medical Center, was Russell’s first project using prefabricated modular construction. The apartments were delivered to the site complete with the exception of finish paint, carpeting, and appliances. Using modular construction saved approximately four months on the schedule. Much of the interior finish work in the common areas, was performed by our own craftsmen.
Phase II included a 22-unit addition and was completed in the fall of 2004.
