The 3 new buildings contain living and space for 108 students. The living areas—designed as pods—accommodate 6 students each, have bathroom facilities, and a small food prep area.

Common space within each building includes a seminar room, elevator, laundry, kitchen with facilities, a living room, a study area, recycling/vending areas and an outdoor patio accessible from the dining area overlooking a trout pond.
