The spiral stair case connecting the first floor mezanine with the downstair living room area was custom built in Russell's own Metal Fabrication Facility and installed by Russell Industrial Services.

Project Overview
Russell Construction Services is constructing 3 new student residence buildings on campus, which will provide living and common space for an additinal 108 students. The fully airconditioned buildings each feature a seminar room, kitchen with dining room, living room, study area and an outdoor patio with view of the trout pond.
Construction began in January 2006 and a very aggressive construction schedule allowed for student occupany of the first 2 buildings by the beginning of the 2006 fall semester. Students were able to move into the 3rd building a couple of weeks into the fall semester.
