Project Overview
With high quality architectural building experience spanning three Russell generations, Russell Construction Services has long been a leader in office renovations. When Fibermark needed to expand their corporate headquarters they hired Russell. Listed on the NYSE, Fibermark needed to convey a suitable image for their corporate offices. The project consisted of a 10,000 sf structural steel-framed second story added to their existing offices. The addition, attached to the existing plant, included extensive soundproofing needed to insure the proper environment while incorporating manufacturing operations with corporate activities. The use of extensive custom cherry woodwork, nine foot wooden doors, and custom paint finishes created the corporate atmosphere needed for their world headquarters.
