Project Overview
The Gables, an assisted living facility, is Russell's first project using prefabricated modular construction. The project is 48,000 square feet making up 36 modular apartment units, 4 field framed units, and common spaces. The apartments make up two separate wings two stories high and are constructed out of 54 prefabricated modular units that were delivered to the site complete with the exception of finish paint, carpeting, and appliances.
