Project Overview
This 95,000 sf office building links downtown Newport to the revitalization of its waterfront which includes a new fishing pier, boardwalk, and bike path. The building features a clock tower and three story glass curtain wall entry protected by a bow string trussed canopy. The lobby features a three story center railed opening to add to the pleasing design.
