Project Overview
In 1977, Russell was contracted by OMYA, Inc. for the construction of their calcium carbonate grinding and packaging facility. In addition to the site work and general construction, Russell was also responsible for all mechanical and electrical installation including the installation and assembly of their grinding, manufacturing and packaging equipment.

Since the original plant construction, we have worked continuously on numerous negotiated and bid projects with as many as several hundred people on site at one time.
