Project Overview
Construction of this 38 unit facility began in the summer of 2003 summer and was completed in time for the 2004 ski season.

34 of the units sold the first day of sales!

In 1983, the Stratton Mountain first contacted the Russell to renovate and construct a 21 room addition to the Stratton Moutain Inn. While completing that project, Russell became the major contractor for this resort community development. The projects included the construction of 118 condominiums and townhouse units, 29 retail shops, 2 restaurants, 91 hotel rooms, their sports complex and a 116,000 square-foot parking facility for 550 automobiles. The complexity of the Stratton Mountain development and the ability to work within the constraints of the infrastructure of a planned community development requires careful planning and coordination. Russell met the challenge.
