Industrial Superintendent Oversee/manage/ coordinate labor, materials and equipment in high reactionary/ fast paced industrial environment. Accountable for performance, safety, problem resolution, evaluations, policy compliance, schedule, and client relations. Previous experience with trades of welding, structural steel, piping, millwright or rigging. Four + years planning projects and directing/motivating work crews of up to 30 people. Overnight travel out of state required. No not have to be based out of Vermont.
