We pride ourselves on our ability to maintain a project’s cost. We work closely with our Partners during the initial budget stages and offer viable solutions to assist in making comprehensive decisions, should any value-engineering be required prior to, or during construction.

Safety

At Russell Construction Services, we put People First and Safety is something we take very seriously! We are committed to establishing and maintaining a safe work environment for people, property and the environment.

Not only do we meet or exceed all Federal, State and Local Safety requirements, we have also implemented our own Safety Program, which includes a reward program for our employees.

We mandate that all of our employees be subject to this program and, as an integral part of our commitment, we continually train and update our personnel on new safety requirements and improvements.

Russell also executes a jobsite, project specific safety curriculum and demands that all subcontractors participate. OSHA has frequently commended us for this practice during their unannounced inspections.
